A curated fine dining experience incomparable to any five star restaurant experience from the moment you arrive with complimentary valet parking. Your curated private fine dining is an international culinary adventure of personally crafted Appetizers, Salads, Soups/Bisque, Entrees and Desserts to suit your culinary preferences paired with complimented spirits and wine parings highlighted by bespoke tablewares of crystal, unique ceramics, fine bone china, mother of pearl, sterling silver and pewter.
Choose three, four and five course fine dining experiences for one to four persons and I will always be table side ensuring you have the most pleasurable experience possible.
Private fine dining Events for groups of 6 to 30 are also available.

Culinary Lessons
Chef guided culinary lessons in person or virtual. When you book an in person lesson, I'll do all the prep and together we'll prepare your favorite entree, dessert, culinary basics or learn to prepare a three course dinner. If you have a desire to learn to prepare something specific, don't hesitate to request, I can certainly get you there.
Cocktail/Mixology Lessons
Take some Personal time to hangout at the bar with me having fun learning bar etiquette & mixing cocktails or mocktails. Create your own signature cocktail or learn to make one of my signature cocktails.
Private Happy Hour
If you've ever wished you had the only seat at the bar; wish no more. Join me for my Private Happy Hour, your spirit or cocktail of choice paired with tapas or wine flights with charcuterie & Cheese. Relax and unwind at the bar on your schedule. It's 5 O'Clock somewhere!
